YOGA
Daily yoga classes designed to connect and balance your mind, body and soul. Classes are customized to prepare you for each day’s experience and draw from a range of traditional and innovative styles including ashtanga, mixed hatha flow, and yin, and are suitable for beginners all the way to advanced practitioners.
MEDITATION
Begin your day with breathing and meditation practice to calm the mind, look within, and set intentions for the day. Pranayama (breathing exercises) increases lung capacity and life force energy while simultaneously relieving stress and anxiety.
MINDFUL MOVEMENT
Learning to move as medicine, we will focus on healing through the body, manifesting our emotions and connections to others with movement, dance and expression
BRAZILIAN ZOUK
A sensual and flowy dance that uses all parts of the body and teaches us the language of surrender and connection as well as communication and expression through the body. Classes are for all levels. New dancers welcome.
